Based in Paris, reporting to the HR Director in New York, the role drives onboarding, leadership coaching, employee experience, and cross-location collaboration across Paris, New York, and other sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years HR experience including HR Generalist responsibilities.
• Solid knowledge of French employment law and labor practices.
• Experience partnering with IT leaders and supporting transformation initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Lead onboarding and development for IT talent in a global context.
• Coach IT managers on leadership, performance, engagement and policy application.
• Drive global HR initiatives and foster collaboration across locations.
• Provide employee experience insights and partner on complex situations.
