Tiffany & Co in Paris seeks a Director - People & HR Technology to lead the HR product line strategy, including the transition to SuccessFactors, and to oversee talent, employee experience, and platform evolution. This role combines product leadership with people management in a lean operating model.

You will partner with HR leadership, regional IT teams, and external partners to deliver value, improve employee experience, and move toward a product-based IT operating model.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of Product Management or HR technology leadership.
• Experience with HR transformation programs or platform transitions.
• Proven ability to define strategy, roadmap, backlog, and business value.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across global teams.

Responsabilités

• Define the overall vision, strategy, and roadmap for the People / HR Technology Product Line, aligned with HR strategy and enterprise technology direction.
• Lead the Talent, Employee Experience & SuccessFactors Transition product and manage its backlog and priorities.
• Oversee product delivery, release planning, adoption readiness, and change coordination.
• Foster a product-oriented culture and coach the manager responsible for Core HR Platforms / Core HR Operations.
