Sonepar is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner for its Digital Global Business Line, based in Paris. You will partner with the Digital leadership team, manage recruitment, workforce planning, onboarding, and performance processes, and coordinate with HR teams across countries.

The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on HR delivery in a fast-moving, international, matrixed environment. You will lead the Talent Acquisition Specialist, drive social dialogue, and ensure alignment of people

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of broad HR experience with senior HRBP responsibilities
• Experience supporting senior leaders while delivering operational HR
• Strong career management experience for digital/tech profiles
• Experience in coordination with HR teams across multiple countries
• Fluent in French and English

Responsabilités

• Hands-on HR Business Partnering for the Digital leadership team and France-based associates
• Lead recruitment planning for digital, IT and data profiles with Talent Acquisition Specialist
• Coordinate workforce planning and onboarding, performance, talent and compensation processes
• Deliver and coordinate annual performance, talent, succession and compensation reviews
• Lead employee relations, social dialogue and engage across the organization
• Coordinate international HR priorities with local HR teams and HQ
• Manage and develop the Talent Acquisition Specialist and collaborate with HQ HR teams
