Vibe.co in Paris is seeking an HRBP to own the people strategy for France, Europe and Asia, partnering with the CTO, the SVP Product and the SVP Engineering to scale the technical org while ensuring French labor law compliance.

You will lead employee relations, support engineering and product teams, and design career frameworks and local adaptations of company-wide People programs, with English as working language and fluent French.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years as an HRBP or HR generalist in scale-up and larger groups.
• Working knowledge of French labor law and employee relations.
• Experience supporting engineering and product teams.

Responsabilités

• Partner with leaders across France, Europe and Asia on the full talent lifecycle.
• Serve as the primary HR partner to CTO, SVP Product and SVP Engineering.
• Lead employee relations across France, from everyday cases to complex situations.
• Own compliance with French labor law across all people practices.
• Coach managers to raise the bar on people management.
• Advise on organizational design as the technical org scales.
• Build career frameworks and local adaptations of Total Rewards, performance and mobility.
• Shape region growth by aligning people programs with business needs.
