Scaleway is seeking an experienced HRBP to partner with managers across a fast-growing, international environment. You will guide employee decisions, lead organizational change, and manage complex relations, aligning HR actions with business objectives.

Your bilingual French/English capabilities will support scalable People initiatives in a diverse setting. You will collaborate with a 20-person People team, drive Talent Reviews, readiness for development campaigns, and ensure compliant,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an HRBP in tech/engineering environments.
• Strong command of French employment law and independent handling of complex matters.
• Proven experience leading Talent Reviews and performance management.
• Experience supporting organizational change in fast-growth contexts.
• Excellent business acumen and ability to align HR actions with business objectives.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Act as the HR partner of reference for managers, providing coaching and HR guidance.
• Challenge managers on compensation positioning, performance management, and practices.
• Partner with the business to anticipate HR needs and align people strategies with objectives.
• Lead organizational change initiatives, including restructures and scope changes.
• Manage complex employee relations matters with Legal collaboration when needed.
• Handle sensitive situations such as psychosocial risks and conflicts with sound judgement.
• Contribute to employee relations, CSE preparation, and adherence to collective agreements.
• Oversee the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding and mobility.
• Lead Talent Reviews and support annual performance campaigns and calibrations.
• Contribute to continuous HR process improvements and data-driven insights.
