Time2Scale, a fast-growing French Tech scale-up, is seeking a Senior HR / People Manager to structure and scale its People function as it grows internationally. You will work closely with founders and leadership across HRBP, People Operations, performance, compensation, organisational development and team management.

The role is hands-on with a high impact, supporting multi-country teams and driving scalable People practices across geographies, with a potential path toward a CPO role within

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of HR / People experience.
• Tech / SaaS scale-up or fast-growing entrepreneurial environment experience.
• Experience in HRBP, People Ops, Performance Management and organisational development.
• Proven international / multi-country HR experience.
• Experience supporting international and distributed teams.
• Strong knowledge of French employment law.
• Experience in Compensation & Benefits, HRIS and People analytics.
• Previous team management experience. Fluency in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Act as a trusted HR Business Partner to managers and leadership.
• Support managers on performance, development, promotions, compensation and employee relations.
• Structure and improve People processes and policies.
• Oversee People Operations: onboarding/offboarding, HR administration, payroll coordination, HRIS and compliance.
• Develop performance management, career paths and compensation frameworks.
• Manage and develop a small People / HR Ops team.
• Support strategic and senior-level hiring.
• Help scale and harmonise People practices across an increasingly international organisation.
• Contribute to the transformation of the company from a French scale-up into a truly international organisation.
