Youtrust is a European scale-up seeking a sole HRBP to partner with leaders and manage talent, performance and salary cycles. You will design HR processes from scratch, collaborate with Payroll and Finance on compensation, and drive coaching, transitions, and career paths. Proficiency in English and French (C1) is required, Spanish a plus.

Youwill join a small People team that values impact over headcount and work on AI-driven People operations and governance within a European context.

Qualifications

Experience as HR business partner to leaders, not a support function.
Own talent, performance and salary review cycles end to end.
Build and implement HR processes from scratch and drive adoption.
Strong Comp & Benefits and social-law judgement; involve Payroll/Finance.

Responsabilités

Act as a trusted business partner to leaders and managers; guide difficult conversations, team restructures, high-stakes decisions.
Own talent, performance and salary review cycles end to end; calibrations and standards.
Level up HR processes and journeys to mid-market/enterprise standard; lead People projects.
Drive individual and collective coaching, transitions and career paths to improve retention.
Bring solid Comp & Benefits and social-law judgement; collaborate with Payroll or Finance.
Build and run AI workflows and agents to sharpen People operations.
