Scaleway is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support managers with day-to-day HR and strategic initiatives in a fast-growing, international tech environment. You will drive organizational change, manage complex employee relations, and lead Talent Reviews to enable business growth.

You will partner with technical teams across France, deliver coaching, and ensure alignment of HR practices with business objectives. Hybrid work setup, with strong collaboration across our People team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as an HRBP in a Tech/Engineering environment.
• Strong command of French employment law for handling complex disciplinary and employee relations.
• Proven experience leading Talent Reviews and performance management.
• Demonstrated experience supporting organizational change in a fast-growing environment.
• Fluent in French and English, written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Act as the HR partner of reference for managers, providing coaching and HR guidance on employee-related decisions.
• Challenge managers on compensation positioning, performance management, and managerial practices.
• Partner with the business to anticipate HR needs and align people strategies with objectives.
• Lead organizational change initiatives including reorganizations and scope changes.
• Independently manage complex employee relations matters with Legal collaboration as needed.
• Handle sensitive situations such as psychosocial risks and conflicts with sound judgment.
• Contribute to employee relations, including negotiations and monitoring collective agreements.
• Oversee the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Lead Talent Reviews and support annual performance campaigns.
