Scaleway is looking for a senior HR Business Partner to act as the reference HR partner for managers, providing autonomous support on operational and complex matters while contributing to strategic People initiatives. You will work in an international environment and partner with technical teams on growth and transformation projects.

You will be part of a 20-person People team, collaborating with 2 other HRBPs and an HR Assistant, and you will handle employee relations, performance management,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an HRBP in a Tech/Engineering environment.
• Strong command of French employment law; able to independently manage complex disciplinary, legal, and employee-relations matters.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Act as the HR partner of reference for managers within your scope, providing coaching and HR guidance on employee-related decisions.
• Challenge managers on compensation positioning, performance management, and managerial practices.
• Partner with the business to anticipate HR needs and align people strategies with operational objectives.
• Lead organizational change initiatives, including reorganizations and team mergers.
• Independently manage complex employee relations matters, including disciplinary procedures and employment-law disputes, with Legal support as needed.
• Handle sensitive individual situations such as psychosocial risks, conflicts, and employee reports with sound judgment.
• Contribute to employee relations including CSE preparation and collective negotiations.
• Oversee the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding and internal mobility.
• Lead Talent Reviews and support annual and professional review campaigns with manager guidance and calibration.
• Contribute to HR practices implementation and provide HR data, trends, and alerts.
