A leading eCommerce solutions provider is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant in Paris. This role involves supporting the launch of platforms, guiding customers through the integration process, and managing multiple projects. The ideal candidate has a Master's degree, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and is fluent in both English and French. The position offers a hybrid work model and occasional travel across the EMEA region.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in Consulting, E-commerce, or Project Management.
• Previous customer-facing experience with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiar with web technologies and frameworks (JSON/XML, CSV, Responsive Design, Restful APIs).

Responsabilités

• Support the effective launch of Mirakl platforms.
• Guide customers in understanding the product and architectural choices.
• Identify key strategic developments after go-live.
• Manage multiple projects (6 to 8) simultaneously.
• Train on new feature releases and monitor the Product roadmap.
