4flow AG is seeking a Business Development Representative (d/f/m) for the CPG/FMCG sector. You will develop strategic account plans, identify key decision-makers, and drive new business opportunities in a hybrid Paris-based role.

You will collaborate with leaders, industry teams, and marketing to turn account strategies into commercial opportunities. Fluent English and 6+ years in BDR/SDR roles are essential for success.

Qualifikationen

• At least 6 years in a Business Development role (BDR/SDR or similar).
• Experience selling into CPG/FMCG is highly desirable.
• CRM experience, preferably HubSpot, is a strong advantage.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute strategic account plans for Tier 1 CPG/FMCG customers.
• Generate and qualify new business opportunities through proactive outreach.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and position 4flow as a strategic partner for supply chain transformation.
• Manage and develop a strong sales pipeline using HubSpot to track performance.
