4flow SE in Paris is seeking a seasoned Business Development Representative to drive growth in the CPG/FMCG sector. You will build strategic accounts, engage senior decision-makers, and translate account strategies into measurable opportunities.

You will collaborate with leadership and marketing, manage a robust pipeline in HubSpot, and contribute to global growth while enjoying flexible remote work options and a strong bonus program.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in BDR/SDR or similar role.
• Experience selling into the CPG/FMCG industry is desirable.
• Knowledge of supply chain and logistics concepts.
• CRM systems such as HubSpot experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; proactive.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute strategic account plans for Tier 1 customers in the CPG/FMCG industry.
• Generate and qualify new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and outreach.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders and position 4flow as a strategic partner.
• Manage a strong sales pipeline using HubSpot to track performance.
