Job summary

Keoni is seeking an HRIS Expert Consultant to lead and support onboarding solutions in a highly secure, multi-entity environment. The role interfaces closely with HR, IT, and solution providers to ensure successful onboarding projects and high user satisfaction.

You will gather requirements, translate them into functional specs, configure Heyteam, and oversee data integration with Core HR, ATS, payroll, and Active Directory while ensuring GDPR and SSO compliance.

Responsibilities

• Advise HR on onboarding best practices and configure onboarding solutions.

Context : Seniority: 3 to 6 years of experience. Profile: HRIS Business Consultant / Business Analyst. As part of the evolution of its HR ecosystems, the client is seeking an HRIS Expert Consultant to lead and support the deployment, optimization, and integration of solutions dedicated to employee onboarding. The role is within a complex, multi-entity, and highly secure enterprise environment. The consultant will act as a key interface between HR teams, IT teams, and solution providers to ensure the success of onboarding projects and the quality of the user experience.Key tool Heyteam. Significant knowledge and/or experience of Heyteam will be particularly sought after given the central role of the solution in the mission.Main Missions 1. HRIS & Onboarding Expertise • Advise HR teams on best practices regarding digital and physical onboarding processes; • Gather, analyze and challenge the needs of the different entities; • Translate business needs into functional specifications; • Configure or supervise the configuration of the onboarding solution; • Ensure its alignment with recruitment and talent management processes.2. HRIS Integration & Interface Management • Map and design incoming and outgoing data flows between the Onboarding solution and the Core HR/HRIS; • Work on interfaces with ATS, payroll, time management, enterprise directories/Active Directory and access provisioning solutions; • Be the primary contact for technical teams on issues related to: o APIs; o Batch/Flat Files; o ETL; o SSO; o GDPR; • Write interface test plans; • Manage end-to-end integration testing.3. Management in a complex environment • Working in a matrix and decentralized organization; • Coordinating multiple stakeholders: HR, IT, IS architects, developers, CISO, publishers, etc.; • Taking into account constraints related to security, data governance and compliance; • Managing and securing the progress of the various projects.4. Customer relations & change management • Provide facilitation and advice to HR teams; • Lead project committees; • Explain technical issues to business users and translate business needs to IT teams; • Manage the adoption of the solution; • Participate in user training; • Create the necessary support materials and communication elements for change management.Key skills include: • HRIS/HR process expertise; • Significant experience in employee onboarding projects; • Knowledge of the Heyteam solution; • Business analysis/requirements gathering and formalization; • Configuration or management of HRIS solution configuration; • Good understanding of HRIS architectures and interfaces; • API/Batch/ETL; • Flow and interface management; • SSO/security/GDPR; • Functional acceptance testing and integration testing; • Change management and user support.Desired Profile: The consultant should have 3 to 6 years of experience and possess both functional HRIS and technical/functional expertise.
