Ekimetrics, a Paris-based leader in AI-powered analytics, seeks an experienced HRIS Project Manager to lead a strategic HRIS implementation (Core HR, Payroll, Talent). You’ll align stakeholders, manage integrator delivery, and oversee RUN readiness post go-live.

Requirements include 5–7 years in HRIS projects, hands-on HRIS implementation with SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or Oracle HCM, and strong cross‑functional leadership.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in HRIS project management.
  • Proven HRIS implementation experience (SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM or similar).
  • Strong experience managing external system integrators.
  • Experience in HR transformation initiatives.
  • Knowledge of waterfall and/or Agile methodologies.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills.

Responsabilités

  • Lead overall project management for HRIS implementation.
  • Define scope, roadmap, budget, and governance.
  • Manage detailed project plans and governance bodies.
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders across HR, IT, and Finance.
  • Supervise integrator work and data migration.
  • Oversee testing, RUN prep, and post Go-Live support.

Context & Objectives

As part of the digital transformation of the HR function, we are launching a strategic project to implement a new HR Information System covering key HR processes (Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, etc.). We are looking for an experienced HRIS Project Manager to lead this major initiative, ensuring stakeholder alignment, effective integrator management, and a smooth transition into post Go‑Live operations (RUN).

Project: Implementation of a New HR Information System (HRIS)
Key Responsibilities
  • Overall Project Management
  • Define and lead project framing (scope, roadmap, budget, governance)
  • Build and manage detailed project plans (high-level and detailed)
  • Set up and lead governance bodies (Steering Committee, Project Committee, workshops)
  • Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and key decisions
  • Ensure budget control and adherence to quality, cost, and timeline commitments
  • Monitor project performance through KPIs and reporting
  • Stakeholder Coordination
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders:
  • HR teams (HRBP, Payroll, Talent, Administration)
  • IT teams (architecture, security, integration)
  • Finance / Controlling (if applicable)
  • Ensure alignment between business needs and system capabilities
  • Facilitate design and validation workshops
  • Manage project communication with sponsors and end users
  • Support change management activities across impacted teams
  • Integrator Management
  • Act as the main point of contact for the HRIS system integrator
  • Supervise and challenge deliverables (design documents, configuration, testing, data migration)
  • Monitor service quality and contractual commitments
  • Drive functional and technical decision-making with internal stakeholders
  • Manage deviations (scope, timeline, budget) and associated action plans
  • Project Delivery Oversight
  • Lead and supervise all project phases:
  • Design & blueprint
  • Build & configuration
  • Testing (unit tests, integration, UAT)
  • Deployment preparation
  • Validate key deliverables at each stage
  • Organize and oversee testing campaigns
  • Ensure data quality (migration and data reconciliation)
  • RUN Preparation (Post Go‑Live Transition)
  • Define the support model (Level 1, Level 2, Level 3)
  • Organize knowledge transfer from the integrator to internal teams
  • Set up documentation and operational procedures
  • Prepare end‑user support structure (helpdesk, HR/IT support)
  • Establish RUN governance (incident management, enhancements, SLA tracking)
  • Define and prioritize post Go‑Live roadmap
Profile
Experience
  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in HRIS project management
  • Proven experience delivering HRIS implementation projects (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, or similar)
  • Strong experience in managing external system integrators
  • Experience in HR transformation initiatives
Core Skills
  • Strong project management expertise (Waterfall and/or Agile methodologies)
  • Solid understanding of HR processes
  • Ability to manage complex, cross‑functional projects
  • Strong coordination and communication skills
  • Experience in testing and user acceptance processes
  • Knowledge of data migration challenges and best practices
  • Understanding of IT RUN and support models
