Naboo, a fast-growing global corporate events platform, is seeking an experienced HR Operations leader based in Paris. You will manage a small HR team, own core processes across the employee lifecycle, payroll, benefits, HRIS, and compliance, and partner with the ExCom to scale operations as Naboo expands globally.

You’ll drive data integrity, build automated workflows, ensure GDPR compliance, and support managers with onboarding, performance cycles, and policy updates.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in HR Operations within an international, fast-paced environment (startup/scale-up).
• Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
• Extremely rigorous and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Familiar with HR and AI tools and building scalable processes.

Responsabilités

• Oversee HR Operations for the Paris-based team (2 people) and ensure data accuracy across HR systems.
• Manage employee lifecycle activities: contracts, onboarding, offboarding, and background checks.
