Jobgether seeks an HR AI & Automation Operations Lead to transform global HR operations with intelligent automation. You will own end-to-end automation initiatives, partnering with Product, Engineering, and IT to deliver scalable solutions while upholding privacy and compliance.

Based in France, the role blends strategic ownership with hands-on execution, driving continuous improvement across a globally distributed organization.

Qualifications

• Extensive automation and process optimization experience.
• Experience translating challenges into automated or AI-enabled solutions.
• Strong background in HR operations or shared services is preferred.
• Ability to design scalable, compliant workflows with privacy in mind.
• Hands-on with low-code/no-code tools and scripting for integrations.
• Proven stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Own the strategy and delivery of AI and automation initiatives across HR Operations.
• Lead multi-phase projects from discovery to scalable delivery.
• Translate pain points into scalable automation with cross-functional teams.
• Map end-to-end processes and design efficient, scalable workflows.
• Build integrations across HRIS, payroll, case management, and more.
• Develop rapid automation using Zapier, Make, Retool, or similar tools.
• Govern AI tools with proper oversight, governance, and privacy controls.
• Design multi-agent workflows with retries, guards, and human oversight.
• Establish automation observability and governance practices.
• Ensure compliance, privacy, and data integrity in automation decisions.
• Develop operational data models for reporting and audits.
• Create HR dashboards using SQL and BI tools like Tableau/Sigma.
• Lead change management and drive adoption of AI solutions.
• Mentor junior team members and drive technical maturity across org.
• Manage complex stakeholder conversations and align cross-team goals.
