Zoomcar in Sophia Antipolis, France, seeks an EMEA Talent Operations Partner to guide employees and managers on people matters while leveraging AI-enabled HR tools to streamline onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle processes.

The role focuses on employment law, policy communication, data integrity via automation, immigration, benefits, and collaboration with the local HRBP to drive annual training plans and digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

Experience as HR partner in multinational settings.
Strong knowledge of employment law and local compliance.
Ability to use AI tools to optimize HR processes.

Responsabilités

Serve as trusted HR partner for employees and managers across many people issues.
Coach on onboarding, lifecycle management, and offboarding to ensure positive experience.
Provide guidance on employment legislation, policies, and compliance.
Maintain accurate HR records leveraging automation for data integrity.
Oversee immigration and right-to-work processes for compliance.
Administer benefits and advise on related guidance.
Coordinate interviews and training plans with the local HRBP, including AI-enabled platforms.
Identify opportunities to improve HR operations through AI and automation.
