Naboo, headquartered in Paris with offices worldwide, is seeking an experienced HR leader to translate growth strategy into a high-performance People function. You will partner with managers across Sales, Ops, and Tech to drive HR operations, culture, and strategic hiring in a fast-growing scale-up environment.

You will manage payroll, onboarding/offboarding, and global employee support, while ensuring compliance and data integrity.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in generalist HR management in a fast-paced scale-up (Series A/B+).
• Fully bilingual in French and English (written and spoken).
• Experience coaching managers on leadership, performance, and org design.
• Experience finalizing/managing a Lucca implementation is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a team of 2 HR Ops (France & international) including payroll, administration, and global employee support.
• Drive operational excellence: onboarding/offboarding workflows and payroll execution across regions.
• Act as strategic partner to Department Leads; coach managers on leadership and performance frameworks.
• Own end-to-end recruitment for mid-to-senior non-executive roles across multiple functions.
• Elevate employer brand and candidate experience; support culture in hybrid/remote setups.
