Naboo.app in Paris is seeking a seasoned HR leader to drive People Operations and craft a high-performance culture across France, the UK, and the US. You will manage a small HR Ops team, oversee payroll, onboarding/offboarding, and compliance, and partner with managers on performance and talent planning.

Expect a strategic stretch role with growth toward Head of People over 2–3 years, including Lucca rollout and global HRIS optimization.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in a generalist HR management role.
• Strong background as HRBP or Senior HR Generalist in a fast-paced scale-up.
• Fully bilingual in French and English; Spanish a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor a team of 2 HR Ops (France & international).
• Ensure payroll integrity, onboarding/offboarding, and global employee support.
• Coach managers on leadership, performance, and org design.
• Drive bi-annual performance reviews, promotions, and career ladders.
• Maintain compliance with French labor law and cross-border guidelines.
• Own Lucca deployment and integrate with payroll, ATS, and Slack.
