Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Product Design with a strong hands-on background.
• Previous experience as a Lead / Head of Product Design or equivalent senior design leadership role.
• Solid exposure to design systems in a scaling context.

• Own the design vision, principles, and quality bar.
• Partner with VP Product, Product Management, and Engineering on strategy and roadmaps.
• Build and scale the Design & Research team to enhance product user experience.
