Job summary

Sekoia.io is seeking a GTM Systems Engineer to optimize revenue processes by translating business needs into scalable HubSpot architectures and automated workflows. You will collaborate with sales, marketing, finance and technology teams to ensure a reliable, automated growth engine across the revenue lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, CRM Admin or similar role in SaaS/tech.
• HubSpot Mastery: Knowledge of HubSpot Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs or Salesforce with custom properties, objects and reporting.
• AI & Automation Fluency: Build multi-step automations and AI pipelines using Make, n8n, Zapier or Workato and LLM tools.

Responsibilities

• Architect HubSpot data models, objects, lifecycle stages, and pipeline automation from MQL to renewal.
• Own GTM tech stack integration from prospecting to partner portals.
• Design and deploy AI agents and autonomous workflows for ICP qualification and outbound outreach.
• Partner with RevOps to build dashboards and reports with high data integrity.
• Maintain system documentation and drive user adoption across sales and account management.
