Job summary

Lengow, a leader in intelligent e-commerce solutions, seeks a Senior Revenue Operations Manager to own and scale our HubSpot-based GTM stack. You will partner with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and Finance to optimize processes, data and automation across the customer lifecycle.

You will own HubSpot architecture, build or refine AI-powered processes, and drive data governance, forecasting and revenue visibility. This role offers hybrid work in France with strong collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on experience with HubSpot in a complex B2B environment.
• Deep knowledge of HubSpot architecture, workflows, automation, reporting and data models.
• Strong experience integrating HubSpot with GTM and business systems (APIs & webhooks).
• Hands-on experience building or operating AI agents and AI-powered processes.
• Strong CRM data architecture, data quality and governance.
• Experience with pipeline management, forecasting and revenue reporting.

Responsibilities

• Revenue Operations: design and improve processes across the customer lifecycle, including forecasting and revenue visibility.
• HubSpot architecture: own and evolve our HubSpot environment, data models, workflows and reporting.
• AI agents & automation: own existing AI agents and automate processes; build new use cases where relevant.
• Integrations: ensure reliable data flows between HubSpot and GTM/business systems; troubleshoot integrations.
• Data & reporting: ensure GTM data is reliable, scalable and well-governed for reporting across pipeline, retention and revenue.
