Job summary

Sekoia is a growing SaaS cybersecurity company seeking a GTM Systems Engineer to optimize revenue processes and bridge commercial strategy with technical execution. You will transform HubSpot and the GTM stack into an automated growth machine, collaborating with sales, marketing, finance and tech teams across Europe.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Revenue Operations, CRM Admin or similar in SaaS/tech.
• Strong HubSpot knowledge across Sales, Marketing and Service Hubs, or Salesforce.
• Hands-on experience building multi-step automations and AI pipelines.
• Ability to transform CRM data into operational dashboards and metrics.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication.
• Proficient in English; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• HubSpot Architecture & Administration: design scalable data models, objects, lifecycle stages, and pipeline automation.
• GTM Stack Integration & Tool Ownership: manage end-to-end commercial tech stack and portals.
• Agentic Workflows & AI Enablement: create AI agents and automated workflows for ICP qualification and outreach.
• Analytics & Attribution: work with RevOps to build dashboards and reports with high data integrity.
• Enablement & Governance: maintain documentation, data hygiene, and onboarding for sales/AM teams.
