Somnio, a product engineering agency, designs, builds and scales products for startups and tech companies across North America, LATAM and Europe. We are seeking a GTM/AI infrastructure engineer to map automation opportunities, build data pipelines, and architect multi-agent systems that empower the team while HubSpot remains the single source of truth.

You will work hands-on with Python/TypeScript, develop LLM-powered workflows, and turn solutions into reusable templates and documentation while

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on software/AI/GTM engineering experience.
• Strong Python or TS/JavaScript skills and solid system design.
• Hands-on experience building with LLMs in production.
• Portfolio of revenue-team systems like AI agents or CRM architecture.
• Commercial judgment to assess ROI before building workflows.
• Understanding of marketing and sales workflows (SEO, CRM, pipelines).
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Map marketing and sales processes to identify automation opportunities.
• Build data pipelines, integrations, and AI agents for GTM stack.
• Architect agentic and graph-based systems with clear goals and handoffs.
• Keep HubSpot as single source of truth with clean data.
• Design signal-based account research for US market.
• Turn builds into templates, docs, and training.
• Work 100% behind the scenes without client-facing duties.
