Job summary

Sekoia is seeking a GTM Systems Engineer to optimize revenue processes and bridge commercial strategy with technical execution. You will own HubSpot architecture and the end-to-end GTM tech stack, collaborating with sales, marketing, finance, and engineering to drive automated growth across Europe.

Qualifications

3 to 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations or CRM Admin.
Strong HubSpot mastery and/or Salesforce expertise.
Hands-on experience building multi-step automations and AI pipelines.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into dashboards.
Excellent written and spoken English; French is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

Design and maintain HubSpot architecture, data models, and pipeline automation.
Own GTM stack integration across prospecting, enrichment, contracts, and partner portals.
Develop AI-enabled workflows for ICP qualification, account research, and outreach.
Create high-integrity analytics dashboards in collaboration with RevOps.
Ensure governance, data hygiene, and onboarding for sales and account management.
