Job summary

Sekoia is a growing SaaS cybersecurity company with a team of 150+ professionals. As a GTM Systems Engineer, you will optimize sales and revenue processes, collaborating with sales, marketing, finance, and technology teams to ensure effective revenue management and operational excellence.

You will bridge commercial strategy and technical execution, transforming HubSpot and our GTM stack into a reliable, automated growth machine, with Paris, Rennes, or remote options in Europe.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Revenue Operations or CRM Admin within SaaS.
• Strong HubSpot/Salesforce knowledge including custom properties and reporting.
• Experience building multi-step automations with Make, n8n, Zapier or Workato.
• Ability to translate business requests into technical specs.
• Proficiency in English; French a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable HubSpot data models and automation pipelines from MQL to renewal.
• Own the GTM tech stack, including prospecting, enrichment, contracts, and partner portals.
• Create AI-enabled workflows and agents to automate ICP qualification and outreach.
• Develop high-integrity dashboards with RevOps to measure performance.
• Maintain documentation and onboard users to ensure adoption.
