Job summary

LumApps is seeking a Senior GTM AI Engineer to drive our internal GTM AI transformation. You will map high‑friction GTM processes and architect, build, and deploy AI‑powered micro‑apps and agents on the LumApps Agent Platform to boost efficiency across Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing and Customer Success.

You’ll partner with Sales, Marketing and CS to translate challenges into production‑ready AI roadmaps, design robust integrations with Salesforce, HubSpot and Planhat, and evangelize

Qualifications

• 5+ years in AI implementation, RevOps engineering, or Forward Deployed Software Engineering.
• Full‑Stack Fluency: Python, Node.js, or TypeScript; React; robust API integration design.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, RAG architectures, LLM orchestration, and Agentic Workflows.
• Direct experience connecting APIs/middleware with Salesforce, HubSpot, Planhat, Outreach, Chargebee or NetSuite.
• Get‑It‑Done mindset with ability to prioritize in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication translating technical architectures into business ROI.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and deploy AI-powered micro-apps and agents on the LumApps Agent Platform.
• Map GTM processes and drive efficiency across Revenue Ops, Sales, Marketing and CS.
• Develop and maintain integrations with Salesforce, HubSpot, Planhat, and other tools.
• Create reusable code, templates, and documentation for RevOps and GTM teams.
