IFS is seeking a senior GTM Lead for AI Optimization to drive the global strategy for PSO, MSO, and WISE. You will align Product, Sales, Marketing, and Partners to accelerate pipeline growth and revenue across a cross-portfolio AI stack.

This role defines the narrative that connects multiple offerings into a single proposition, partners with Product to shape roadmaps, and develops repeatable GTM motions for market expansion.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in GTM, product marketing, or sales strategy in enterprise software.
• Proven success developing global GTM strategies for enterprise software products.
• Experience supporting complex enterprise sales cycles and influencing opportunities.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software sales motions incl. pipeline generation & partner ecosystems.
• Experience across Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Exec Leadership.
• Domain knowledge in optimisation, scheduling, or planning tech is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Own and execute the global GTM strategy for the Optimisation portfolio (PSO, MSO, WISE).
• Define commercial owner and cross-portfolio AI strategy for Optimisation.
• Face off directly to product teams to shape roadmap priorities, packaging, and monetisation.
• Develop and refine repeatable GTM motions to accelerate market penetration and revenue growth.
• Define, launch, and optimise high-impact sales plays for PSO, MSO, and WISE.
• Build commercial motions enabling standalone Optimisation opportunities and IFS Cloud attachments.
• Identify market opportunities, competitive positioning, and customer use cases across industries.
