Job summary

Spendesk is seeking a Head of GTM Engineering to design and ship the AI layer powering Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Care. You will own Salesforce core and integrations, setting governance and delivery cadence while reporting to the SVP Operations.

You will grow a team blending AI engineering and Salesforce depth, define standards, and drive release pipelines with strong audit controls in a fintech context.

Qualifications

• Shipped LLM-powered workflows to production with measurable business impact.
• Deep Salesforce expertise at object and architecture level.
• 6+ years building and owning GTM or revenue systems.
• Experience leading or mentoring others.
• Pragmatic on build-vs-buy decisions.
• Able to explain technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable with audit, controls and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship AI applications powering GTM execution.
• Scale AI across the GTM organisation with reusable components.
• Own Salesforce and the surrounding stack end to end.
• Bring release management, deployment pipelines and testing to revenue systems.
• Build and lead the GTM Engineering team.
