LumApps is seeking a Senior GTM AI Engineer to lead the internal GTM AI transformation, combining Revenue Operations and Engineering. You will architect, build, and deploy micro-apps and agents on the LumApps Agent Platform to boost GTM efficiency across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

The role requires 5+ years in AI implementation or RevOps, strong full-stack skills, and deep knowledge of LLM orchestration and APIs. A hybrid work model and strong benefits accompany this opportunity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in AI implementation or RevOps engineering.
• Strong full-stack with Python/Node.js/TypeScript and React.
• Deep understanding of Generative AI, LLM orchestration, and Agentic Workflows.

Responsibilities

• Map GTM processes and architect micro-apps on LumApps Agent Platform.
• Design and maintain connectors between GTM tools and LumApps platform.
• Build internal web apps for GTM teams with self-service AI capabilities.
• Standardize prompt libraries and ensure data privacy (OAuth/SAML).
• Develop top-of-funnel AI agents for prospecting and outreach.
