Job summary

Toloka AI is a remote-first company building data for GenAI models with a global team and clients worldwide. We seek a Strategy & Operations leader to partner with the CSO on GTM strategy, revenue reporting, and cross-functional process launches to drive growth.

You will own market research, help decide offerings and pricing, and ensure executive reporting is accurate and trusted. Experience in AI or data companies is a plus.

Qualifications

• Several years in Strategy & Operations, BizOps, RevOps or GTM strategy, ideally in B2B tech with enterprise sales.
• You've built revenue reporting that execs relied on, and launched processes across teams that stuck.
• Strong with numbers. You build your own models.
• Solid understanding of AI and how models are trained and evaluated.
• Quantitative degree: engineering, computer science, maths, physics or similar.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategic view of GTM offerings: what we sell, to whom, and at what price.
• Run market and competitor research behind GTM strategy.
• Launch new cross-functional processes across Sales, Delivery, Legal and Finance, and ensure adoption.
• Prepare the CSO for board and exec discussions, and push back when needed.
• Build and own exec revenue reporting: bookings, revenue, pipeline, forecast and margin.
