Job summary

LumApps is seeking a Senior GTM AI Engineer to lead the internal AI transformation at the intersection of Revenue Operations and Engineering. You will map GTM processes, architect high-impact Micro-Apps and Agents on the LumApps Agent Platform, and advance efficiency across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify bottlenecks, prototype AI-driven workflows, and deploy production-ready AI roadmaps with a strong bias for fast execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in AI implementation, RevOps engineering, or Forward Deployed Software Engineering.
• Experience building and deploying AI-powered GTM tools and workflows.
• Strong coding skills across Python, Node.js, TypeScript; frontend React; API design.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy GTM AI foundation and integrations with Salesforce, HubSpot, Planhat, and other systems.
• Develop internal micro-apps and AI-enabled workflows for GTM teams.
• Drive enablement, share reusable code, and promote a strong R&D feedback loop.
