Job summary

IFS is seeking a seasoned GTM Lead for AI Optimization to drive global go-to-market strategy for PSO, MSO and WISE. You will own the commercial narrative, align product, sales, marketing, customer success and partners, and accelerate pipeline growth across a portfolio of AI-enabled optimisation offerings.

You will shape roadmap priorities, monetisation, and packaging, building repeatable motions and leading strategic opportunities to outperform revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Proven success in developing global GTM strategies for enterprise software
• Experience guiding multi-product or portfolio initiatives
• Ability to influence complex enterprise sales cycles
• Strong understanding of pipeline generation and partner ecosystems
• Familiarity with AI capabilities and enterprise applications

Responsibilities

• Define and execute global GTM strategy for PSO, MSO, and WISE across functions
• Own the AI optimisation narrative and connect multiple products into a single proposition
• Collaborate with product, sales, marketing and success teams to shape roadmap and monetisation
• Develop repeatable GTM motions to accelerate market penetration and revenue growth
• Lead strategic deals and influence large global opportunities
• Partner with marketing to create demand campaigns and with sales to improve velocity
