Job summary

IFS is seeking a senior GTM leader to own the global go-to-market strategy for the Optimisation portfolio (PSO, MSO, WISE). The role spans product marketing, sales strategy, and cross-functional leadership to accelerate pipeline growth and strategic deal execution.

You will define a cohesive narrative across PSO, MSO, and WISE, shape monetisation, and drive market penetration with repeatable GTM motions and strong collaboration with regional teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise software or technology roles with GTM or product marketing focus.
• Experience developing and executing global GTM strategies for enterprise software products or a portfolio.
• Experience supporting complex enterprise sales cycles and influencing strategic opportunities.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software sales motions, pipeline generation, and partner ecosystems.
• Knowledge of optimisation, scheduling, or planning technologies is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the global GTM strategy for the Optimisation portfolio (PSO, MSO, WISE).
• Define the common theme and narrative that connects PSO, MSO, and WISE as a single proposition.
• Shape roadmap priorities, packaging, and monetisation based on market feedback.
• Develop repeatable GTM motions to accelerate market penetration and revenue growth.
• Define high-impact sales plays and commercial motions across the portfolio.
• Support strategic deals and cross-functional collaboration across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships.
