Spendesk is seeking a Head of GTM Operations to own processes, frameworks and AI-powered workflows that enable Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Care to execute faster and smarter. You will sit close to forecast calls and pipeline reviews, reporting to the SVP Operations, and work with GTM Engineering on deeper technical needs.

You will design the operating framework, build measurable metrics, and partner with Finance on capacity, quota and segmentation.

Qualifications

• Typically 6+ years in Revenue/GTM Operations or related roles.
• Hands-on AI workflow deployments in GTM contexts.
• Designed operating frameworks in fast-moving environments.

Responsabilités

• Design and own GTM processes across Marketing, Sales, CS and Care.
• Build AI-powered workflows and automate GTM tasks.
• Define metrics and governance for performance reviews.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to shape commercial strategy.
