The AI Platform is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to join our fast-growing team. You will spearhead headhunting for Sales, Marketing, and Support roles, screen candidates, and manage the hiring process with a focus on a high-quality candidate experience.

You will collaborate with hiring managers, analyze recruitment metrics, and drive best practices across the organization. This role supports our international presence and involves stakeholder engagement and autonomy.

Qualifications

• Experience in Talent Acquisition in a fast-growing environment.
• Experience in go-to-market/commercial/business profile hiring.
• Mixed agency/search and internal TA experience.

Responsabilités

• Headhunt top profiles (Sales / Marketing / Support) by sourcing and reaching out after identifying team needs.
• Assess applications and conduct pre-qualification interviews for assigned positions.
• Provide an excellent candidate experience using competency-based assessment.
• Engage and coach internal stakeholders and hiring managers.
• Track and report talent acquisition metrics to identify best practices and pain points.
