CarCutter is seeking a Senior Sales Operations Manager to become the operational backbone of our GTM organization in Paris. You will own CRM, data quality, forecasting, and incentive programs to scale our B2B SaaS sales.

You will collaborate with the CRO and cross-functional teams, design scalable processes, automate with no-code tools and AI, and drive performance analytics across Enterprise and SMB segments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Sales Operations or GTM Ops in B2B SaaS.
• Deep CRM expertise; able to build workflows and reports.
• Fluent English.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking.

Responsabilités

• Own CRM architecture across the full customer lifecycle: lead gen through onboarding, renewals and expansions.
• Define and document sales processes from lead qualification to renewal and expansion.
• Build dashboards, run forecasting, and partner with Sales leadership on reviews.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive scalable solutions across Enterprise and SMB.
• Lead incentives planning and commercial governance with Finance.
