Jobgether is seeking a Marketing & GTM Ops Specialist based in France to design and own automations, AI workflows, and data flows that support go-to-market activities across multiple European markets.

You will drive qualified pipeline, self-service signups, and scalable GTM infrastructure by testing ideas and building solutions from scratch, collaborating with marketing, product, data, and revenue teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in GTM Engineering or Growth Operations.
• Strong hands-on experience with workflow automation platforms.
• Practical knowledge of AI workflows and LLM-powered processes.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end GTM systems and experiments across European markets.
• Design and launch growth experiments and automated flows to increase self-service signups.
• Develop reliable workflows using automation tools and API integrations.
• Build AI-powered workflows, agents, and LLM-based solutions for marketing and GTM use cases.
• Monitor reliability, data quality, and performance to prevent revenue-impacting failures.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, Data & Analytics, and Revenue Operations teams.
