Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a GTM Operations Manager to design, implement, and optimize systems that connect Sales, Marketing, and Customer Growth. You will own end-to-end workflows across CRM, automation, and product usage, driving data quality and timely actions in a remote-first, international environment.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable, AI-enhanced processes, develop operational dashboards, and continuously improve handoffs and lifecycle programs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in go-to-market, revenue, marketing, sales, or customer operations.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience with data management.
• Experience building workflows in marketing platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.).
• Experience developing or implementing AI-powered workflows.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ownership of projects with minimal direction.
• Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
• High attention to data quality and synchronization.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end go-to-market workflows, define success metrics, implement solutions, and drive improvements.
• Optimize lead and account handoffs with data enrichment, routing, alerts, and follow-ups.
• Support lifecycle programs with Marketing and Customer Growth, including audience segmentation and QA.
• Maintain reliable data flows across CRM, marketing automation, and product-usage systems; resolve issues.
• Build, test, and monitor automations with edge-case handling and recovery procedures.
• Identify and implement AI-powered workflows for enrichment, research, qualification, and QA.
• Document workflows and maintain up-to-date guides; support onboarding and adoption.
• Develop operational reports and dashboards tracking workflow health, handoff effectiveness, and data quality.
• Contribute to continuous GTM ops improvements, reducing manual work and making processes scalable.
