The Role: Growth Hacker

You’ll be at the centre of Payflows’ commercial growth — experimenting, analysing, and building the systems that fuel awareness and pipeline.

Your goal: drive measurable impact by combining creativity, data, and automation to engage finance leaders across Europe.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, learns obsessively, and plays to win.

Your Mission:

Run data-driven growth experiments across channels — email, LinkedIn, content, partnerships, and automation.

Test, learn, and iterate quickly to identify what drives engagement and conversions.

Automate Intelligently

Build scalable outreach and lead-generation workflows using tools like HubSpot, Apollo, and Zapier.

Design automations that save time, multiply output, and boost efficiency across the funnel.

Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Ops to align campaigns, share insights, and continuously improve performance.

Work closely with leadership to translate data into strategy.

Track key growth metrics, identify bottlenecks, and continuously refine experiments for maximum ROI.

Turn data into clear insights and actionable next steps.

Find unconventional ways to reach finance leaders — through personalised campaigns, thought leadership, or community plays.

Contribute to Payflows’ brand voice and narrative across content, events, and social.

Learn Fast, Execute Faster

Work alongside high-calibre SaaS operators, learning how to scale a GTM engine from first principles.

Build a deep understanding of enterprise finance buyers and what makes them tick.

Job requirements
Who You Are

You have 1–3 years of experience in Growth, Marketing, Sales Ops, or Demand Generation — ideally in B2B SaaS or fintech.

Or you’re a recent graduate who’s already built something — a project, a startup, or a personal brand — and you’ve proven you can execute.

You’re analytical and creative in equal measure: you love testing, optimising, and turning data into action.

You’re fluent with modern GTM tools — HubSpot, Slack, Notion, Zapier, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.

You’re curious, autonomous, and execution-focused — you move fast, take initiative, and deliver results.

You’re passionate about experimentation, technology, and scaling impact.

You’re fluent in English (French is a plus).

Your Skills

You know how to design and run experiments that produce measurable results.

You can automate workflows and optimise processes to scale efficiently.

You’re comfortable analysing performance metrics, identifying insights, and iterating based on data.

You collaborate naturally with Sales and Marketing teams, ensuring growth initiatives are aligned and high-impact.

You think like a builder, not a marketer — always searching for the next 1% improvement.

You have the drive and creativity to test, fail fast, and find what works.
