Job summary

Scaleflex is seeking a Global Partnership & Alliances Manager for Europe and RoW to build and manage a portfolio of 20+ partners, driving indirect sales and revenue growth. You will work with Digital Agencies, Consulting Groups, IT Vendors, and SaaS partners to expand Scaleflex solutions across e-commerce, real estate, and travel sectors.

You will collaborate with VP Alliances, PMM, and Sales teams, lead partner recruitment, enable partner sales through training, and attend events to cultivate

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in BA or equivalent is required.
• 5+ years in Partner Management or related fields with sales targets.
• Existing network in E-commerce & MarTech markets.
• Proficiency in English and French; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute Partner development and recruitment strategies in target territories.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to generate new business and upsell.
• Map common accounts with Partners to activate lead detection and sales opportunities.
• Identify opportunities with agencies or SaaS partners for a dedicated Managed Service Provider offering.
• Enable Partners' sales teams with training and resources via PMM.
• Attend events to identify and connect with key potential Partners.
• Develop targeted marketing campaigns with Partners to generate qualified leads and recruit new Partners.
• Report to the VP Alliances on Partners' performance and business plan achievement.
• Update Sales Team and Partners on pipeline and open deals.
