Job summary

Resilience is seeking a Strategic Partnership Manager to scale our ecosystem across France and beyond. You will negotiate national framework agreements with major Hospital Groups, forge technology alliances with EHR and other software publishers, and source operational partners to accelerate deployment.

You’ll lead governance through Steering Committees and QBRs, collaborate with Sales, Implementation, and Operations, and drive international expansion, including the DACH market, while ensuring

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in Strategic Partnerships or Key Accounts within Healthcare.
• Deep understanding of the French Private Hospital landscape and E-Health ecosystem.
• Track record of negotiating multi-party agreements and executive relationships.

Responsibilities

• Structure complex, multi-stakeholder deals that are commercially viable and operationally executable.
• Negotiate at C-level with Hospital Group executives, Software CTOs, and Service Providers.
• Navigate complex decision-making circuits in large healthcare organizations.
• Build and maintain strategic governance frameworks (Steering Committees, QBRs).
• Source, evaluate, and integrate external partners into operational workflows.
• Bridge signed deals and project launches with Implementation and Account Management teams.
• Lead market exploration in Germany (DACH region) for international expansion.
