Mistral is seeking a senior Partnerships leader to scale our European delivery through strategic alliances with regional partners. Based in Paris, you will shape the go-to-market and co-sell motions across Southern Europe and collaborate with Leadership, Solution Architects, and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, CS, IT or related; MBA preferred.
• Location: Paris HQ; Paris-based preferred with some travel across Europe.
• Experience: 10+ years with proven GSI/AE track record.

Responsabilités

• Architect and scale the GSI partner ecosystem in Southern Europe.
• Define multi-year strategic roadmaps with major German Systems Integrators to accelerate co-selling and pipeline.
• Drive ecosystem vision, governance, and joint marketing programs.
• Spearhead regional partner-led revenue generation and joint GTM execution.
• Lead monthly business reviews and executive synchronization with Southern Europe leadership.
