Mistral is seeking an International Mobility Lead to own and develop our international mobility approach, supporting employees and the business on cross-border moves and assignments.

You will act as the key contact for mobility topics, balancing employee experience, business needs and compliance requirements, and you will coordinate immigration, tax, social security and payroll topics with internal teams and external providers.

Qualifikationen

• Strong experience in International / Global Mobility within an international HR environment.
• Good knowledge of mobility topics, including immigration, tax, social security and cross-border employment, benefits.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to partner effectively with HR teams, managers and employees.
• A pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to navigate complex situations.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple mobility cases and priorities.
• A low-ego, team-first mindset

Aufgaben

• Lead and coordinate international transfers and mobility cases end-to-end.
• Advise HR teams, managers and employees on mobility options and requirements.
• Manage and continuously improve mobility policies and processes.
• Coordinate immigration, tax, social security and payroll topics with internal teams and external providers.
• Ensure a smooth and consistent employee experience throughout the mobility journey.
• Manage mobility partners and vendors, ensuring quality and cost-effective delivery.
• Monitor mobility activity and provide relevant reporting and insights.
