Mistral seeks a Benefits Manager to own and scale benefits across multiple countries, partnering with HR, Finance and Legal to ensure competitive, compliant offerings aligned with growth. You will translate complex needs into streamlined, employee-focused experiences.

You will design scalable processes, manage brokers and vendors, build KPI reporting, and safeguard employee experience through enrollment and life events while supporting mobility and immigration compliance.

Qualificações

• Experience managing benefits for multi-country organizations during hypergrowth and new market entry.
• Deep knowledge of benefits regulations and practices in EU and/or US.
• Skilled in managing, negotiating with, and holding external vendors and brokers accountable for cost and service quality.
• Proven ability to design, document, and improve scalable processes.

Responsabilidades

• Own benefits strategy end-to-end across countries, including enrollment, renewals, changes, and offboarding.
• Benchmark market competitiveness and propose local adjustments to align with Total Rewards.
• Manage brokers, insurers, and vendors: lead RFPs/ renewals and negotiate trade-offs.
• Ensure compliance with local benefits, insurance and social-security regulations.
• Design and document scalable benefits processes and lead improvement projects.
• Maintain high-quality benefits data and build reporting/KPIs for actionable insights.
• Communicate clearly with employees during enrollment and life events.
• Collaborate with Finance for budgeting/forecasting and with HR Ops for payroll deductions.
