Job summary

Deel is seeking a seasoned immigration and mobility professional to lead client mobility programs end-to-end, serving as the primary contact for immigration and relocation queries. You will drive continuous improvement, partner with GTM, Product, and Sales, and embed mobility expertise across Deel’s platform to deliver compliant, high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in immigration case management or global mobility programs.
• Bachelor degree in relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication with executives and clients.
• Ability to partner with GTM, Product, and Sales to monetize mobility.
• Proficiency with case management or mobility tools and HRIS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end client mobility programs from planning to delivery.
• Serve as main point of contact for immigration and relocation queries.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance across programs.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Sales, and Legal to embed mobility expertise.
• Identify new product opportunities and support revenue growth.
