Mistral is seeking an experienced Workplace Project Manager to own and drive complex, multi-site workplace programs across global offices. You will align projects with our mission, values, and rapid growth, reporting to the Workplace Lead EMEA within the HR Team.

You will oversee planning, delivery, and facilities management, ensuring optimal space utilization, high service quality, and adherence to ESG, health & safety standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in workplace project management, facilities management, or corporate real estate.
• Ability to align delivery with business objectives and strategy.
• Strong budget, cost management, and vendor negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of ESG, health & safety and workplace regulations.
• Experience with digital workplace tools and data-driven decision making.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-site workplace projects.
• Develop governance standards and drive continuous improvements.
• Lead budget management and vendor relations across portfolios.
• Advise leadership on cost trade-offs and financial governance.
• Ensure health, safety and sustainability considerations across programs.
