Mistral is seeking an HR People Ops professional to join our People Operations team and shape our HR function across multiple countries. You will ensure seamless onboarding for new joiners and manage contracts, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations, including payroll processing across France, the UK, and the US.

This hands-on role collaborates with managers, external partners, and internal teams to maintain a flawless employee experience.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive HR experience with international populations.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws in France, UK, and US.
• Experience with payroll administration and benefits management.
• Proven ability to resolve employee relations matters and guide teams.
• Proficient with HRIS and payroll platforms.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Hands-on approach with ownership and a builder's mindset.

Responsabilités

• Oversee onboarding for new joiners across multiple countries and manage IT and office setup.
• Formalise and manage all employment contracts and lifecycle documentation.
• Maintain HR records, policies, and employee handbooks as practices evolve.
• Process payroll and coordinate with providers for timely payments in France, UK, US.
• Handle immigration requests and work permits for international staff.
• Manage day-to-day HR inquiries, benefits administration, and time-off policies.
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws and audit for risk.
• Lead process improvements with cross-functional partners (Finance, Talent Acquisition).
