Mistral AI is seeking an HR Business Partner to support managers and employees across the lifecycle, shaping scalable people practices as the company grows. You will provide guidance on people issues, contribute to policy design, and help leaders make informed decisions in a fast-paced, international environment.

You will work on day-to-day HR topics and longer-term initiatives, ensuring compliance with local regulations while promoting a positive employee experience and strong culture across

Formación

• 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, startup/high-growth environment
• Experience supporting employee populations across multiple countries (EMEA)
• Strong understanding of French employment law and HR practices
• Experience managing the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
• Ability to develop and implement HR strategies aligned to business goals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Hands-on approach to improve HR processes and compliance
