Coface is seeking an International Mobility specialist to join the Group Human Resources team. You will advise on mobility lifecycle, manage V.I.E programs, and work with Mercer data to build competitive packages for assignees.

You will coordinate immigration, tax, social security, housing logistics and vendor management, while developing trainings and dashboards to keep our mobility operations efficient in a global environment.

Qualifications

• Confirmed experience in International Mobility, ideally in an international environment (≥5 years).
• Fluent English for daily communication with a global network.
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Rigorous, structured, autonomous with strong customer orientation.

Responsabilités

• Provide expertise on stages of the international mobility lifecycle and the V.I.E Program, according to Group policies.
• Prepare International Mobility offers and cost projections using Mercer data to support informed decisions.
• Coordinate relocation processes, including immigration, tax, medical, and housing logistics.
• Oversee reporting, dashboards and KPI tracking for international assignments.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and ensure best-in-class service.
• Launch and coordinate the annual V.I.E recruitment campaigns and monitor KPIs.
